How to use your water flosser

• Fill the tank — Remove the water tank from the base and fill with lukewarm water up to the 200ml line. Reattach firmly until you hear a click.
• Choose your tip — Select the nozzle tip that fits your needs. The standard tip is ideal for everyday flossing. The orthodontic tip is designed for braces and implants.
• Select your pressure mode — Start on Weak if you're new to water flossing. Work up to Strong or Pulse as your gums adjust. Most users move to Strong within 1-2 weeks.
• Lean over the sink — Place the tip in your mouth, close your lips enough to prevent splashing, then turn on the unit. Aim the tip at the gumline at a 90-degree angle.
• Floss each gap — Glide slowly between each tooth and along the gumline. Pause briefly between each tooth gap. A full mouth takes 60 seconds.
• Clean and store — After each use, run clean water through the tank and tip. Store upright with the tip removed for best hygiene.
